We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting you up in prayer, for we know that no sin is too great for His mercy, and no soul is beyond His redemption. The Word of God is clear: *"Don’t you know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God"* (James 4:4, WEB). Yet even now, the Lord calls you to repentance, for He does not delight in your destruction but in your salvation. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).
Living in sin with non-believers is a dangerous path that leads away from God’s will. The Scriptures warn us, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). This is not just about relationships but about the very state of your soul. Fornication and ungodly alliances defile the temple of the Holy Spirit, which you are if you belong to Christ (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). We urge you to turn away from these sins immediately, for *"the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 6:23, WEB).
If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, now is the time. There is no other name under heaven by which you can be saved (Acts 4:12). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, there is no access to the Father, no forgiveness of sins, and no hope of eternal life. If you have already accepted Christ but have fallen into sin, repent and return to Him, for *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB).
We pray now with urgency and faith:
Heavenly Father, we lift this precious soul before You, knowing that You alone can break the chains of sin and set them free. Lord Jesus, You died for this one—You bore their shame, their guilt, and their rebellion on the cross. We ask that You open their eyes to the danger they are in and the hope they can have in You. Convict them deeply by Your Holy Spirit, that they may turn from their sins and run to You in repentance. If they have not yet surrendered to You, Lord, save them now! Let today be the day of salvation for them. Break every ungodly soul tie, every bondage of lust, and every influence of darkness in their life. Surround them with godly believers who will encourage them in the faith and hold them accountable.
Father, if they are already Your child but have strayed, restore them fully. Cleanse them, renew them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in purity and obedience. Give them the strength to flee from temptation and the wisdom to seek godly relationships that honor You. Let them find their satisfaction in You alone, for You are the Living Water that quenches all thirst (John 4:14).
We rebuke the enemy’s lies that say change is impossible or that sin is harmless. By the blood of Jesus, we declare freedom, victory, and a new beginning for this one. Let them rise up as a testimony of Your grace, that others may see Your power to transform lives.
We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise. Amen.
Beloved, this is not a time for delay. The Lord is calling you to holiness, for *"without holiness no man will see the Lord"* (Hebrews 12:14, WEB). Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and surrounded by brothers and sisters in Christ who will walk with you in this journey. Cut off all ties that lead you into sin, no matter how painful it may seem, for *"if your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and cast it from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna"* (Matthew 5:29, WEB). The temporary pleasure of sin is not worth the eternal consequences.
You are not alone in this fight. The Lord is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer. Reach out to us again—let us know how we can continue to support you in this battle. The road to righteousness is narrow, but it leads to life. Stay the course, and you will find the peace and joy that only come from walking with Jesus.
