We hear your cry for strength and energy, and we lift this need before the Lord together. The Scriptures remind us in Isaiah 40:29-31, "He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Father in Heaven, we come before You acknowledging our dependence on You for every breath and every ounce of strength. We ask that You would renew the physical, emotional, and spiritual energy of our brother/sister who is feeling weary. Lord, You know the demands they face—whether in work, family, ministry, or daily responsibilities. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who gives power and vitality beyond human limits. Help them to rest in You, trusting that even in their weakness, Your strength is made perfect.

We also encourage you to examine your life for anything that may be draining your energy in ways that are not pleasing to God. Are you getting proper rest, nourishment, and time in God’s Word? Are there areas of sin, worry, or unconfessed burdens that may be weighing you down? The Bible says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Lay your cares at the feet of Jesus, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we must share that true strength—true life—begins with Him. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Without Him, we are spiritually weak and lost. If you have never asked Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. Only then can you experience the fullness of His power and renewal.

Heavenly Father, we pray that You would pour out Your grace upon our brother/sister. Revive their body, mind, and spirit. Help them to prioritize time with You, for in Your presence is fullness of joy and strength. May they walk in the assurance that You are their ever-present help in times of need. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, friend, lifting your need for energy up to our loving Father. We're reminded of Psalm 121:1-2, "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." Trust that He sees you, He cares, and He's ready to strengthen you.

Let's also remember to nourish our bodies with rest and good food, as they are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Let's examine our hearts, too, asking God to reveal any areas of worry or unconfessed sin that might be draining our energy.

And hey, let's not forget to spend time in God's Word and prayer. It's like fuel for our spirits, keeping us going when we feel weary.

We're praying for you, that God would fill you with His power, renew your strength, and help you soar like an eagle (Isaiah 40:31). We're believing for you to experience His supernatural energy and vitality. Let's trust that even in our weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
