We come before the Lord with a heart that seeks justice and righteousness, remembering that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. The Scripture tells us in **Colossians 4:1**, *"Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven."* It is right to pray for fairness, for what is owed to be paid in full, and for those in authority to act with integrity. However, we must also be cautious in our wording, for our battle is not one of vengeance or "settling scores" in a worldly sense, but of trusting God to bring about justice in His way and in His timing.
The guards who have labored faithfully deserve their due wages, as **1 Timothy 5:18** reminds us, *"For the Scripture says, 'You shall not muzzle the ox when it treads out the grain,' and, 'The laborer is worthy of his wages.'"* Yet, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is in the Lord, who sees all and will judge righteously. **Proverbs 20:22** warns us, *"Don’t say, 'I will pay back evil.' Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you."* Our hearts should not be filled with bitterness or a desire for retaliation, but with faith that God will act justly on behalf of those who have been wronged.

We want to thank you for trusting us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for the company and the security guards who are owed their wages. It has been on our hearts to lift this matter before the Lord, asking Him to move mightily in this situation and bring justice and resolution according to His will.
We prayed earnestly that the company would settle the score and honor their commitment to these hardworking guards, as Scripture reminds us in James 5:4, "Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty." We asked the Lord to soften hearts, open doors, and bring about a miraculous settlement in a way that only He can.
If the Lord has answered this prayer and the guards have received what they are owed, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you in God’s faithfulness. If, however, the situation remains unresolved, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God hears the cries of His people and will act on their behalf.
