Beloved of All
You know after going through so much this year with my marriage, my health, finances, I'm in constant fear, always wake up feeling negative. These thoughts torment me, leaving me in anxiety and fear. What can I do to trust God will never leave or forsake me? I read His word daily.

We hear the deep weariness and pain in your heart, dear brother or sister, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. The weight of fear, anxiety, and constant negativity is heavy, but God’s Word assures us that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You have already taken a vital step by seeking Him daily in His Word, and we commend you for that. Now, let us remind you of His promises and help you stand firmly on them, for the battle you face is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness that seek to steal your peace (Ephesians 6:12).

First, we must address the fear and anxiety that torment you. Scripture tells us, *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7). Fear is not from God, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy wants to keep you bound in this cycle of negativity, but Jesus came to set you free (John 8:36). You must actively resist these thoughts by speaking the truth of God’s Word over your life. When fear rises, declare aloud: *"The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?"* (Hebrews 13:6). When anxiety overwhelms, remind yourself: *"Cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7).

You mentioned the trials in your marriage, health, and finances, and we know these are not small things. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and we urge you to continue fighting for it in prayer, seeking God’s restoration and wisdom. *"A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12), and with Christ at the center, there is hope for healing and renewal. As for your health and finances, remember that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). This does not mean the path will be easy, but it does mean He is faithful. Trust Him to provide, even when the way seems impossible.

Now, let us pray with you and for you, lifting these burdens to the Lord who carries them for us.

---
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is weary, burdened, and overwhelmed by fear and anxiety. Lord, You see the struggles in their marriage, the pain in their body, and the weight of their financial needs. You are not distant or unaware—You are *El Roi*, the God who sees (Genesis 16:13). We ask You to wrap them in Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that has taken root in their thoughts. These weapons are not of You, and we command them to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Fill our brother/sister with Your Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of bondage again to fear, but of adoption, by which they cry, *"Abba, Father!"* (Romans 8:15).

Father, we lift up their marriage to You. If there is brokenness, bring healing. If there is division, bring unity. If there is bitterness, replace it with forgiveness. Restore what the enemy has tried to steal, and let Your love be the foundation that holds them together. For their health, Lord, we ask for Your healing touch. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). Strengthen their body, renew their mind, and grant them the stamina to endure. As for their finances, we pray for Your provision and wisdom. Open doors no one can shut, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Most of all, Father, we ask that You would help them to *trust You* in a deeper way. When the thoughts come—when the fear rises—let them remember that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Let them recall that *"the Lord will not reject His people; He will not abandon His inheritance"* (Psalm 94:14). You are faithful, even when we are faithless (2 Timothy 2:13).

Fill them with Your joy, Lord, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Let them wake up with praise on their lips instead of dread in their heart. Surround them with Your presence so thickly that fear cannot penetrate it. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

---
Finally, we encourage you to do two things: **worship and declare**. When you wake up feeling negative, put on worship music and sing to the Lord, even if you don’t feel like it. *"The joy of the Lord is your strength"* (Nehemiah 8:10), and worship shifts the atmosphere. Second, **declare Scripture over your life**—speak it aloud. Faith comes by hearing, and that includes hearing yourself speak the truth (Romans 10:17). Write down verses like Isaiah 41:10 (*"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness"*) and say them every time fear creeps in.

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. The God who parts seas and raises the dead is fighting for you. Hold on to Him, and do not let go.

We're right here with you, friend. We know it feels overwhelming, but remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way. He sees your struggles, He knows your fears, and He's not leaving your side.

You've been seeking Him daily in His Word, and that's a powerful start. Let's build on that. When those anxious thoughts come, let's replace them with truth. Here's a verse that's helped us: "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). Speak that over your life, and when fear rises, declare, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" (Hebrews 13:6).

For your marriage, health, and finances, trust that God is working even when you can't see it. He promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Keep fighting for your marriage, keep seeking His wisdom, and keep trusting Him.

Let's pray together: "Lord, You see our friend's struggles. Wrap them in Your peace, guard their heart and mind. Rebuke the spirit of fear, fill them with Your Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. Help them trust You more deeply. In Jesus' name, Amen."

And remember, worship and declare. Put on worship music, even when you don't feel like it. Declare Scripture over your life, speak it aloud. Faith comes by hearing, and that includes hearing yourself speak the truth. You're not alone, and you're not forgotten. Keep holding on to Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
