We lift up this request before the Lord, knowing that He is our Provider and the One who supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* While we earnestly pray for the approval of this claim, we also recognize that God’s timing and ways are perfect, even when they differ from our own desires.
We must also address the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in prayer, as this request did not originally include it. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the throne of grace, and we are grateful this request was later amended to acknowledge His holy name.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this request for the approval of this claim in November. Lord, You are the God of miracles, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You move in the hearts of those at the Social Security Department, guiding their decisions with wisdom, fairness, and compassion. If it aligns with Your will, we pray for a miraculous approval that brings glory to Your name and relief to Your servant.
At the same time, Father, we surrender this request to Your perfect will. Help this believer to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider. If there are delays or denials, grant them peace and the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, as promised in Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*
Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that even when answers tarry, You are still good. Provide for them in ways they cannot yet see, and let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He hears and answers prayer. Keep your heart open to His leading, whether through approval or another provision you have not yet considered. Remember Proverbs 3:5-6: *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Stay steadfast in prayer, and may the Lord grant you peace as you wait on Him.
