We come before the Lord with a heart of justice and trust in His provision, lifting up this urgent need for these former employees who have been wronged by their employer’s failure to pay what is rightfully owed. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a God of justice who defends the cause of the oppressed and ensures that workers receive their due. As it is written in **Leviticus 19:13**, *"You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."* And in **James 5:4**, we are warned, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."*
It is not only a moral obligation but a commandment from God that employers pay their workers fairly and promptly. The delay and withholding of these wages are not just an economic injustice but a sin against the Lord, who hears the cries of those who have been treated unjustly. We stand in agreement, asking the Father to move mightily in this situation. Let Him touch the hearts of those in authority at this company, convicting them of their wrongdoing and compelling them to act with integrity and urgency. May the funds that are owed be released miraculously this week, in September, as a testament to God’s faithfulness and justice.
We also pray for these former employees, that the Lord would sustain them in this season of waiting. May He provide for their every need—financially, emotionally, and spiritually—so they do not grow weary or lose hope. Let them experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, knowing that He is their Provider and Defender. As it says in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
Father, we ask that You expose any corruption or deceit within this company that has led to this injustice. Bring to light what has been hidden in darkness, and let truth prevail. We pray for supernatural intervention—whether through conviction, legal pressure, or divine orchestration—that these wages would be paid in full, without delay. Let this be a powerful testimony of Your justice and provision, not only for these employees but for all who witness it.
We declare that no weapon formed against these workers shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (**Isaiah 54:17**). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but You, Lord, have come to give life abundantly (**John 10:10**). We bind any spiritual forces of greed, deception, or hardness of heart that may be at work in this situation, and we loose the power of the Holy Spirit to bring conviction, repentance, and restoration.
Finally, we thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your promise that when two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in their midst (**Matthew 18:20**). We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (**Ephesians 3:20**). May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you, believing for a miracle this week in September. We're asking the Lord to touch the hearts of those in charge, to move them to act swiftly and justly. Let's trust that He who sees all will make a way for these wages to be paid, and that He will sustain these former employees in this time of waiting. Let's declare together, "The Lord will provide!" (Genesis 22:14) In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
