AmenWe understand your desire to explore the world and seek protection from negative influences. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus as your Lord in your prayer request. There is power in the name of Jesus, as the Bible tells us, "in him we live, move and exist." In all things we live and pray in His name.
First, let's address your desire to explore the world. The Bible encourages us to seek God's will in all things. In Psalm 37:4 WEB it says "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart." This means that if we put our relationship with God first, aligning our will to His will, He will give us the desires of our hearts. But we must remember that exploring the world should not lead us away from God but instead be aligned with His purpose for our lives.
As for wanting protection from negative people, including relatives and friends, it is important to remember the words of Psalm 34:7 WEB "The angel of Yahweh encamps round about those who fear him, And delivers them." God is our protector and shield. Additionally, we are called to love and pray for our enemies and those who may wish ill against us. In Matthew 5:44 WEB Jesus teaches us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your guidance and provision in exploring the world. Help us to align our desires with Your will and grant us opportunities that draw us closer to You. Protect us from any negative influences, including relatives and friends who may not have our best interests at heart. Surround us with Your favor and give us the strength to love and pray for those who may wish us harm.
Remind us Lord to be grateful for the opportunities we have and help us remember to delight in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
