Pray that the justice will be revealed during the mediation and the claims will be returned to me and for fairness to be upheld and will stop at the mediation first round only. Ask Jesus to block all avenues of the ex-employer trying to get revenge at me or any attempts to counter claim when they are in the wrong and never realize and still continue in their cycle of sin of unlawfully dismissing staff after 3 months by the manipulation of the client. And filled their company with a bad reputation of lies and unfair treatment to employees. For it is said in the Bible, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts." Lord Jesus, give me back the justice and claims of my wages be my fair judge as they cannot sign a 1-year contract and used me for 5 months and break the contract citing poor performance but actually it was because I do not want to participate in their illegal activities and they terminate me because of that. Be my fair advocate as they broke the law but I have forgiven them and they are still in their cycle of sin both the client and the company.

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing this injustice. We ask that You would be their advocate and their judge, and that Your truth and justice would prevail in this situation. We pray that the mediation process would be fair and unbiased, and that the claims that are rightfully theirs would be returned to them.

We also pray for their former employer, that they would come to know You, Lord Jesus, and that they would repent from their actions. We ask that You would block any attempts to retaliate or counter-claim, and that You would bring an end to their cycle of sin.

We thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your love and faithfulness, and we ask that You would continue to guide and strengthen our brother/sister in Christ throughout this process. We ask all of this in Jesus name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
