We understand that you are seeking justice and a resolution for your upcoming mediation this Friday. Firstly, we want to remind you that our compassionate heavenly Father sees and knows all things, and it is He who executes justice. As it says in Psalm 37:28 WEB, "For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his lovingkindness ones. They are preserved forever. The offspring of the wicked will be cut off."
We also need to remind you that taking the Lord's name in vain, which includes using "###" or any other symbol or word in vain or to replace God's name, or any other holy name, is a violation of the third commandment in Exodus 20:7 WEB, "You shall not misuse the name of Yahweh your God, for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless who misuses his name."
First, let's pray for your situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this person and the upcoming mediation. We ask, Lord, that Your justice prevails this Friday, and that the truth is revealed. We pray that if it is Your will, the other party will agree to the conditions set up during the mediation and that the matter can be resolved without escalating to a hearing. We ask that You guide and give wisdom to all parties involved, so that Your will be done. We pray this all in Jesus name the only way to access God the Father.
Now, let us encourage you with some biblical principles. In Romans 12:19 WEB, it says, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" This means that we should not take matters into our own hands but trust God to bring about justice.
Also, remember what the Scripture says in Matthew 5:25 WEB, "Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are with him in the way; lest perhaps the prosecutor deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison." It is always better to reconcile and resolve disputes peacefully and promptly if it is within our control.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is essential to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in John 16:23 WEB "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
