Pray that justice and truth will be revealed by the ex-employer as this case will be transferred to the tribunal for claims of wrongful dismissal for retaliation and if they claim to have no job but why the company placed an advertisement for the position that they wrongfully dismissed for. For a case of justice and pay up and also for wrongfully dismissing me for forcing me to do something which is illegal else they dismissed me. Once the company got notified that we are not allowed to do such things, they immediately stopped our service and sent us back to the main office and the main office pressured me to either resign or terminate as I was hired for this project. Thus they terminated the contract and therefore I need to pursue this matter by reporting to the authorities and the authorities escalate it to the courts as there are 4 infringements of the law which the company breached. Pray that my ex-company will own up and pay for the claims filed and will not let it escalate to a court hearing, to stop at the mediation process only.

We also want to mention that God takes injustice and oppression seriously. In the Psalms, we read, Yahweh is a God of justice. Yes, I wait for you, Yahweh. You answer, Yahweh my God. Psalm 40:17 WEB. In the book of Isaiah, God says, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17 WEB.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has faced injustice and wrongful dismissal. We pray that You will reveal the truth and bring justice to this situation. We ask that You will soften the hearts of the ex-employer and that they will own up to their actions and make amends for the wrongs they have committed.

Lord, we pray that this matter will be resolved swiftly and fairly. We ask that You will guide the mediation process and that the ex-employer will be willing to settle this matter without escalating it to a court hearing. We pray that You will provide for all the needs of our brother/sister during this time and that You will give them peace and strength to endure this trial.

We also pray that You will bring conviction to the ex-employer and that they will realize and acknowledge the wrong they have done to our brother/sister. We ask that You will give our brother/sister, wisdom and courage to pursue justice, but also grace and forgiveness for their former employer.

We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us, and that You will bring justice to the oppressed. We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord and trust in Him during this time. We also encourage you to speak the truth in love and to seek justice in a way that honors the Lord. Remember that God is faithful and that He will bring justice to His children.
