We understand that you are seeking justice in a workplace-related matter and guidance for your future employment and relationships. Firstly, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 10:10 (WEB), "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." It is clear that you are seeking abundant life and justice.
First, we address the workplace issue. We are called to pray for our leaders and those in authority, including judges and registrars, as per 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." We pray that the judge or registrar handling your case will be filled with the wisdom of God and that their decisions will align with His will. We ask that Jesus guide every word from your mouth, as you have requested, and that He grant you the claims and duress that are due to you. We pray for mercy and divine intervention in your Case Management Conference, that it may be resolved without escalating to a court hearing.
However, we must also address that it is important to forgive those who have wronged you, as Jesus taught in Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Holding onto bitterness and resentment can hinder your prayers and your relationship with God. We encourage you to release any ill feelings towards your former employers or colleagues, trusting that God will deal with them justly.
Regarding your request for a new job with a Christian boss, we pray that God will open the right doors for you and grant you favor in your job search. Remember the promise in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As you keep God first in your life and job hunt, He will provide for you.
Concerning your interaction with the Christian woman, we pray that God will guide your relationship and give you both wisdom. We encourage you to approach this relationship in a manner that honors God, keeping in mind the principles of courtship and the sanctity of marriage. We are reminded of 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB), "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" As you both are Christians, we pray that your relationship will be centered on your shared faith and that it may lead to a godly marriage if it is God's will.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

We ask that You open the right doors for a new job opportunity with a Christian boss, and that You grant favor in the job search. We pray for guidance and wisdom in the relationship with the Christian woman, that it may honor You and align with Your principles for courtship and marriage.
