My old father - ###

Bound to bed in hospital.
Not able to talk, walk, eat, drink and properly swallow.
Brain cyst (maybe also encephalopathy - reaction of brain to inflammation in urinary tract - prostate gland swelling, some damages in tubes because of retaining of urine, reaction to hiatal hernia surgery - narcosis) - brain centers probably pressured from big cyst.
Pneumonia (being treated I think successfully).
Lot of slime from which he sometimes suffocates - maybe also because nurses don't remove the slime regularly.
Too many people in the room (bad condition in a hospital in general)
They gave him a lot of tranquilizers (they say when it's needed) because he removes sondes and other wires and becomes very agitated or nervous. His legs and feet are mostly bound with medical ropes to bed. Something is not right with his nervous/brain system obviously. Please let him receive only stuff that he really needs and the best quality. Drugs, food, fluid, vitamins, etc... Lord don't let them give him too much or wrong medicines to not damage his body more or God forbid make him drug addict. In Jesus name
We are not sure if he is mostly sleeping when we come to visit him because of his condition or because of drugs.
Lord protect my father from any ABUSE and MISTREATMENT - only FAVOR and GENTLENESS and kindness - because we often hear from other visitors that nurses and doctors don't care, don't do their job or are cold and cruel to patients. Lord protect my father and give him peace and comfort whether he is conscious or not. We don't know if he understands us and is fully conscious when he wakes up.
Lord PLEASE DO THE MIRACLE REMOVE THAT CYST, HEAL HIS BODY AND LET THE RECOVERY BE EXTRAORDINARY FAST IN JESUS NAME!!!

We understand your concern for your father's health and the challenges he is facing. Firstly remember it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. It is very important to pray to the Father in Jesus name.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention and healing for our beloved father. We know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for You.

Father, we pray for Your healing touch upon his body. We ask that You remove the cyst pressing on his brain and heal any damage caused by it. We also pray for complete recovery from the pneumonia and any other infections or inflammations in his body. Lord, we ask for Your divine wisdom to guide the medical team treating him, that they may administer the right treatments and medications, nothing more, nothing less. Prevent any misuse or abuse of drugs that could harm his body or make him dependent. Help him eat, drink, swallow and talk.

Lord, we also pray for Your protection upon him. We ask that You surround him with Your favor, gentleness, and kindness. Prevent any abuse or mistreatment from the medical staff. Help them to be diligent, caring, and compassionate in their service. We pray that You will give him peace and comfort, even when we are not by his side.

Father, we ask for a miracle. We pray that You will heal his body extraordinarily fast, in Jesus' name. We believe in Your power to make this happen, and we trust in Your will for his life.

Lord as you know there are many people in the room and the environment is less than ideal. We pray for your direct intervention and control of the environment.

Father, we also pray for his spiritual well-being. We ask that You will give him a peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that only You can give. We pray that Your presence will fill the room where he stays, bringing comfort and hope.

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Let us take comfort in the words of James 5:14-16 (WEB):

"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Remember regard to his care that Philippians 4:6 (WEB) says

"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

So let us not be anxious but continue to pray and petition for his healing, giving thanks to God for His goodness and mercy.

Lastly, remember the words of Psalm 103:2-4 (WEB):

"Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies,"

Let us trust in God's benefits, believing that He can heal all diseases and redeem life from destruction. Keep praying fervently, and let us believe together for a miracle.
