We understand that you are seeking prayer for someone to be healed from allergies. We commend you for turning to Jesus in your time of need, as He is the Great Physician and the only way to the Father. It is by His stripes that we are healed.
Firstly, let us address the use of "Dear Jesus." While it is not wrong to be affectionate towards our Lord, we should also remember to be reverent. He is our Lord, our Savior, and our King. Therefore, we should approach Him with the respect and honor He deserves. Consider the words of Psalm 111:9 WEB, "He has sent redemption to his people. He has ordained his covenant forever. His name is holy and awesome!"
Now, let us turn to the Scriptures for encouragement and guidance. Mark 16:18 WEB, "they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." And James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We must remember that while we pray for physical healing, it is also important to consider the spiritual health of the person we are praying for. Sin can have a significant impact on our physical well-being. Therefore, we should also pray that if there is any sin in their life, that it would be revealed to them, and that they would repent and turn to Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, Your Son. We lift up the one who is suffering from allergies, and we ask that You would heal them. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and there is nothing too hard for You. We pray that You would reveal to them any sin that may be hindering their healing, and that You would grant them the grace to repent and turn to You. We ask that You would strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You, no matter what circumstances they may face. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
