We join with you in prayer for your brother's healing, standing in agreement and trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let us remember that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. His healing power is eternal and unchanging. Like the woman who had a bleeding issue in the Bible, we reach out to Jesus Christ. The woman had the issue for 12 years, yet, when she touched Jesus, she was healed immediately.
As we pray for your brother, let us remember that Jesus Christ has already paid the price for his healing. Since Jesus Christ paid the price, then it is His will that your brother be healed, for He would not have paid for something that He did not intend to do.
Let us also remember that healing is a manifestation that the Kingdom of God has come. Jesus Christ healed all who came to Him, bringing the Kingdom of God to each one of them.
Yet, let us also remember that healing in this earthly body is temporary. Though we ask for healing of this earthly body, we also hope for healing in the heavenly body, too.
James 5:14-15 is clear: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Therefore, let us call upon Jesus Christ for your brother's healing.
Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother who is in need of Your healing touch. We ask that You extend Your hand of mercy and healing upon him, and that You grant him full recovery from cancer. We stand in faith, believing in Your power and goodness. We rebuke any spirit of cancer in Jesus' name and we ask that it be gone forever. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
The apostle John, in 1 John 5:14-15 tells us: "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
We also pray for your brother's spiritual healing and growth. May this trial draw him closer to Jesus, and may he find peace and comfort in His presence. Trust in Him, He is faithful to His promises.
Jesus said in John 15:7, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."
We will continue to pray for your brother's healing and strength and we stand in faith, believing that he will be fully healed in Jesus' name. Amen.
