We join with you in lifting up this individual as they begin their work today. We pray that God will grant them the focus, focus, concentration, and discernment needed to complete their assignments before the deadline. As the Scripture says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," (Colossians 3:23 WEB).
We ask for healing over their mindset. May God transform their thoughts and attitudes, giving them a renewed perspective. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:2 WEB).
We pray that God will guide them and help them set the right priorities, breaking any bondage or distractions that may hinder their progress. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
We ask that God will help them remember Him in all their tasks, knowing that He has good plans for them. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
We also lift you up, asking God to make you a source of motivation and encouragement, not nagging. "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." (1 Thessalonians 5:11 WEB).
We appreciate that you ended your prayer 'in the Mighty Name of Jesus'. This is important because it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If it had not been mentioned, we would have commented to you the importance of ending your prayers in Jesus' name.
