We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear sister in Christ who is struggling with heart blocks that are hindering her relationship with God. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You would touch her heart—both physically and spiritually—removing every obstruction that keeps her from fully experiencing Your love, peace, and healing. Soften her heart, Lord, and draw her closer to You, that she may walk in the fullness of Your will.
The Word tells us in Ezekiel 36:26, *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."* We claim this promise over her life, Lord. Let her heart be tender toward You, receptive to Your truth, and filled with Your Spirit. Heal her from the inside out, and let her know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We also lift up the physical affliction of kidney stones for her and the other dear one mentioned. Father, You know the pain and discomfort they are enduring. We ask that You would dissolve these stones and grant them relief. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* We trust in Your healing power, Lord, and ask that You would work mightily in their bodies. Give them strength, patience, and faith as they wait on You.
Now, we must address a matter of great importance. We noticed that while the prayers were offered in Jesus' name, there was no clear acknowledgment of the foundational truth of salvation through Christ alone. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If our sister or anyone reading this has not placed their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge them to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in the finished work of Christ on the cross. For *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We lift up our sister who is struggling with heart blocks, both physically and spiritually. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain, remove every barrier, and heal her completely. Let her heart be fully surrendered to You, and let her experience the depth of Your love and grace. We also pray for the kidney stones afflicting her and the other dear one—dissolve them, Lord, and grant them Your peace and comfort.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or hardness of heart that may be at work in her life. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have plans for her—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her walk in the victory that is hers through Christ Jesus.
We also pray for those who may be reading this who do not yet know You as Savior. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, Lord. Soften their hearts to receive Your love and salvation. Let them turn from their sins and place their trust in Jesus Christ alone. May they be born again by Your Spirit and become new creations in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and Your promises. We trust in You for complete healing, restoration, and revival. May Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
