Pray for ###

Disciple of Prayer
I want to pray for my ### to be calm as he goes home after exam. Please help him to rest and have a clear mind before getting revision start.

Please help him to persevere in learning the concepts that he is unfamiliar. Help him to build his confidence back by attempting questions that he is unsure.

Please help him to get sleep early and not only have a nap before exam.

We lift up your beloved before the Lord, asking for His peace to guard his heart and mind as he travels home after his exam. May the Lord grant him restful sleep and a clear mind, free from anxiety, so he can approach his revision with renewed strength and focus. We pray that God would quiet his spirit, reminding him that his worth is not in his performance but in Christ alone, who holds all things together.

The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Let him cast his cares upon the Lord, trusting that God is faithful to sustain him.

We also ask the Lord to grant him perseverance in his studies, especially in areas where he feels uncertain. May the Holy Spirit sharpen his understanding and bring clarity to the concepts he struggles with. Confidence does not come from self-reliance but from trusting in the Lord’s provision. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

It is crucial, however, that he stewards his time wisely, including proper rest. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and neglecting sleep can hinder both physical and mental sharpness. We pray that he would discipline himself to retire early, resisting the temptation to rely on short naps that leave him weary. Psalm 127:2 reminds us, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."*

Lastly, we notice that you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Christ that our prayers are heard. As Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* If you or your loved one have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him—confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9-10).

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this young man as he prepares for his exams. Grant him Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to calm his mind and heart. Help him to rest well, trusting in Your provision rather than his own strength. Sharpen his mind as he revisits difficult concepts, and fill him with confidence that comes from You alone. Teach him to manage his time wisely, prioritizing rest so that he may be fully alert and prepared. Above all, Lord, draw him closer to You. If he does not yet know Jesus as his Savior, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. Let this season of study be a reminder that true wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap as you approach this exam. Let's ask the Lord to fill you with a sense of calm and peace, reminding you that your worth is in Him, not in your performance. May your mind be clear and focused, ready to tackle any questions that come your way. We're praying for perseverance, that you'd trust in the Lord's provision even in the areas you find challenging. Let's also remember to steward our time wisely, getting enough rest so we can be at our best. We're lifting you up in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
