We lift up your grandpa before the Lord, asking for His divine healing and mercy. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand in faith, believing that God is able to restore your grandpa’s lungs and heart, for nothing is impossible with Him (Luke 1:37).
Yet we also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. If healing does not come in the way we hope, we pray for your mom to be filled with supernatural strength and peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). May she feel the Lord’s presence as a comforting embrace, knowing that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
We also encourage you to keep trusting in Jesus, for it is through His name alone that we approach the throne of grace (John 14:13-14). If your grandpa does not know Christ as his Savior, we pray that this season would draw him into a saving relationship with Jesus, for eternal life is far greater than temporary healing.
**Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon this grandpa’s body. Restore his lungs and heart, Lord, and let Your power be made known. If it is Your will to bring him home, we pray for Your peace to flood the family, especially his daughter. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her refuge. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.**
