Pray for ###

We come before the Lord with you in this time of financial struggle, lifting your burdens to the One who owns all things and provides for His children. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Yet we also know that God calls us to stewardship, wisdom, and diligence in our finances, as Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* Debt can become a heavy yoke, but through Christ, there is freedom and provision.

We must also address something critical—your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And Acts 4:12 affirms, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, for apart from Him, even our prayers are empty. Repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and confess Him as Lord. Only then can you stand firmly in His promises.

As for your request for leave approval, we pray for favor with those in authority over you, that God would soften their hearts and grant your petition. Yet we also encourage you to work with integrity and excellence, as Colossians 3:23 instructs, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* If your leave is for rest or necessity, trust that God will provide. If it is for escape or avoidance, we urge you to seek His wisdom and face your responsibilities with faith.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of debt in their life and grant them wisdom to manage their finances according to Your Word. Open doors of opportunity for honest work and just compensation. We rebuke any spirit of fear, lack, or desperation, and we declare Your peace and provision over them.

Father, we also ask for favor regarding their leave request. If it aligns with Your will, grant approval and use this time to refresh and restore them. If there are lessons to be learned in waiting or persevering, give them strength and patience.

Most importantly, Lord, if this dear one does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself today. Reveal the truth of the Gospel to them—that Christ died for their sins, rose again, and offers eternal life to all who believe. May they surrender fully to You and walk in the authority of Jesus’ name.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. May Your will be done in their life, and may they experience the fullness of Your love and provision. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, dear one. Seek God’s Kingdom first (Matthew 6:33), and trust that He will guide you through this season. If debt has come through unwise choices, repent and seek counsel from godly believers who can help you steward your resources biblically. If this burden feels overwhelming, remember that Jesus invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your financial situation. We've been reminded in 2 Corinthians 9:8, "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." Trust that God sees your needs and is more than capable of providing for you.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking wisdom in managing your finances. Proverbs 3:9-10 says, "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine." Be diligent and faithful in your stewardship.

We're praying for favor with those in authority over you regarding your leave request. We ask that God would soften their hearts and grant your petition, but also that you would walk in integrity and excellence, as Colossians 3:23 instructs.
