We understand that you're concerned about someone having bad thoughts and seeking Christ's protection and blessing for them. We commend you for your compassion and for turning to prayer as a solution.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB.
Jesus said, "Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them" Matthew 18:18-20 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the individual who is experiencing bad thoughts. We pray that you would bless them and protect them from any evil influences. We bind any spirits of negativity, confusion, or fear that may be troubling them, and we loose the power of the Holy Spirit in their life.
We pray that you would fill their mind with your peace, your truth, and your love. Guide them to think on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things Philippians 4:8 WEB.
We also pray for the person who submitted this request, that you would give them your wisdom and discernment. Help them to be a light in this situation, always ready to give an answer to anyone who asks from them a reason concerning the hope that is in them, yet with gentleness and reverence 1 Peter 3:15 WEB.
We call on Christ to intervene in this situation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The name of Jesus Christ is the only name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
