We understand that you're interceding for someone who feels undervalued and overlooked at work, and we join you in prayer for this situation. We are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person who has been feeling undervalued and disappointed at work. We ask that you renew their strength and motivation. We pray for justice in this situation, and if it is your will, open up better opportunities for them elsewhere. Guide them to a place where they can use their talents and be appreciated.
We also pray that they will find their value and worth in you, Lord, and not in the recognition of men. Help them to work heartily, as unto you, knowing that their reward comes from you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage this person to continue to trust in God's plan for their life and career. Even when others do not recognize their efforts, God sees and rewards their faithfulness.
