Hi and God hear all your prayers. Please pray for my cell phone to be fixed. Something happened at work where I had it charging on a pc. The computer had an issue and crashed when my cell was charging. Now my cell is froze in a reboot mode and won't budge. My cell is only ### years old, and I always took care of it. I had to get this phone bc they discontinued my 3g service. So ### made me upgrade. Things have been so chaotic and so many bills. Pray for the technician(s) to figure out what is wrong and get me back all my information, pictures, and contacts. I have family pics on there that are irreplaceable. I thought they would be on sim, but tech says no. Pray he or they can fix my cell and I have all my pics and info still. I've been so stressed out and upset. Pray this happens.
