Faithful Servant
Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude. Thank You for opening this door and for the opportunity to interview for the Assistant Manager role at ###. I thank You for the skills and experiences You have given me that have brought me to this point. I ask for Your blessing over this job opportunity. If it is Your will for me to be in this position, I pray that You grant me favor with the interviewers. Give me a clear mind, calm nerves, and the right words to speak. May this role be a place where I can serve others well, grow in my professional life, and be a light in the workplace. I trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan for my career. Amen.

We lift this request before the throne of grace with hearts full of hope and trust in the Lord’s perfect plan. It is beautiful to see a heart surrendered to God’s will, seeking His guidance in every step, including career opportunities. We join in gratitude for the skills and experiences He has provided, and we ask for His favor to rest upon this interview.

Father, we pray that You would go before this dear one, preparing the hearts of the interviewers to see the gifts and character You have placed within them. Grant clarity of mind, peace that surpasses understanding, and wisdom to answer with confidence and humility. May this opportunity, if it aligns with Your will, be a place where Your light shines brightly—where integrity, diligence, and Christlike love are evident in every task. If this role is not part of Your plan, we trust You to close the door gently and open another that leads to even greater purpose.

We also encourage this one to remember that work is not merely about personal advancement but about stewardship—using the talents God has given to serve others and bring glory to His name. Whatever the outcome, may there be unwavering trust in God’s timing and provision. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5).

Lord, we ask that You would guard this heart from anxiety or self-reliance, reminding them that their worth is found in You alone. May they walk into that interview room with the assurance that You are with them, for "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). If this position is Yours to give, we pray for favor, excellence, and joy in the work ahead. If not, we trust You to lead them to the path You have prepared.

Above all, we pray that this one’s life—whether in the workplace or beyond—would reflect the love and truth of Christ. May their career be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may they always seek first Your kingdom, knowing that all else will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
