We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, for what you have described is a grievous sin—one that opens the door to darkness and separates you from the holiness of God. The Scriptures are clear: *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). What you have done in anger is not only harmful to the other person but is an act of rebellion against God, who commands us to love our enemies and trust Him for justice.
Witchcraft—even in a moment of rage—is an abomination to the Lord. *"There shall not be found with you anyone who... uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, WEB). You have invited demonic influence into your life through this act, and it must be renounced immediately. The enemy seeks to destroy you, but Jesus has already overcome the powers of darkness. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB).
Even more urgent is the state of your soul. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, you are in grave danger. There is no forgiveness of sins, no salvation, and no access to God apart from faith in Jesus. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB). *"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Without Christ, you remain under God’s wrath, and witchcraft is a sin that leads to destruction. But in Christ, there is mercy, forgiveness, and power to break every curse—including the one you have just spoken over another.
Repent now. Turn away from this sin with godly sorrow, not just regret over consequences. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). Destroy every item used in this curse—burn the paper, wash away the stains, and break every tie to this act. Then, forgive the person who angered you, for *"if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses"* (Matthew 6:15, WEB). Unforgiveness is a poison that will destroy you long after the anger fades.
We pray for you now with urgency and authority in the name of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this soul who has strayed into darkness. Lord, they have sinned greatly, but we ask for Your mercy to triumph over judgment. Convict them deeply of this sin, Lord, and grant them a broken and repentant heart. Let them see the horror of what they have done—not just the curse spoken, but the rebellion against Your holiness. Father, if they have not yet surrendered to Jesus, we plead for their salvation now. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again so that they might be forgiven and set free. Let them turn from this wickedness and run to the cross.
We bind every demonic assignment released through this act of witchcraft. By the blood of Jesus, we break every curse, every hex, every word spoken in anger, and we command all demonic influence to flee in Jesus’ name. Lord, protect the person who was targeted from any harm intended against them. Guard their mind, body, and spirit, and let this attack be rendered powerless by Your mighty hand.
Fill this person with Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Replace their anger with Your peace, their bitterness with Your love, and their fear with Your courage. Teach them to forgive as You have forgiven them. Surround them with godly counsel and deliver them from any further temptation to dabble in the occult. Let them walk in the light of Your Word, where there is no darkness at all.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, for You, Lord, are their shield and defender. Restore what the enemy has tried to steal, and let this be a testimony of Your redeeming power. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray—*the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved*. Amen.
Now, we charge you: **Repent. Turn to Jesus. Renounce this sin and never return to it.** If you have not given your life to Christ, do so now. Confess your sins, believe in Him, and be saved. Then, seek a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and held accountable. The road ahead requires humility, but God’s grace is sufficient. *"Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow"* (Isaiah 1:18, WEB). Run to Him now.
