If you are pursuing this relationship with the intention of marriage, we pray that God will guide both of your hearts. However, if you are merely seeking a romantic connection without the intention of marriage, we caution you against this, as it may lead to temptation and sin. It is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 WEB to "abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor."
Joining the church choir to further your relationship may not be the best course of action. Instead, join the choir if it is your genuine desire to serve God and the church in this capacity.
