Humble Servant of All
Pray for my friend who is having hoarding disorder and remove all her hoard and let her realize her security is in Jesus not those hoard and let her be able to share the things with others and stop being reluctant to share her things or discard expired things and treat her house as a rubbish bin and rebuke the idea of sorting is an excuse to put back the goods back to her house and stop her purchasing power and ask Jesus to let her have a conviction to throw away her hoard and find a specialist to treat her hoarding. As her husband will be moving out if it pose safety threats to him. and this too The background of what happened is that ### had been calling me frequently, and one day she brought me some vegetables from some charity organization, delivering them to ### for me to take home. However, when I got home, I discovered that the vegetables were all rotten, and my mother had to throw them away. Later, ### asked me to come to her house to help change a light fixture and assist with clearing out her rubbish so she could organize her belongings. I agreed and went over on the scheduled day. I managed to unscrew the light, but some parts required a mini screwdriver which she couldn’t provide. Without the proper tool, I had to leave the fixture hanging and couldn't complete the task. Still, I spent my time from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. helping her clean and sort through her hoarded items. As a gesture of appreciation, ### invited me to dinner, which cost $###, and I accepted. The following day, I had other commitments and informed ### that I couldn’t come back right away to finish the light repair, and asked to postpone it to the next week. Yesterday, she messaged me and called me “good to see but not good to use,” accusing me of being unprofessional. I want to make it clear that I was helping her purely as a friend. If she requires professional services, she should hire a qualified technician — someone who comes with the right tools and gets paid for their work and disputing about the dinner which ### offered me and said it was a compensation. I offered my help in good faith, without compensation, and I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a disrespectful way or being taken advantage of. Due to this behavior, I’ve decided to block her and step away from further contact. I value mutual respect in any relationship — friendly or otherwise — and I won’t allow myself to be used under the pretense of friendship.

Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer, seeking His guidance and intervention for your friend's hoarding disorder and the complexities of your relationship.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our friend who is struggling with a hoarding disorder. We ask that You help her to realize that her security is not in her possessions, but in You alone.

Father, You tell us in Matthew 6:19-21 WEB, "Don't lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don't break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

Help her to understand that her true treasure is in heaven and according to Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of hoarding that has taken hold of her life we pray against the idea that sorting is an excuse to put back the goods back to her house and stop her purchasing power. We ask that You give her the conviction and strength to discard expired things, to share her belongings with others, and to treat her house as a home, not a rubbish bin.

We pray that her husband will find wisdom and patience as he supports her through this challenge. Guide her to find a specialist who can treat her hoarding disorder effectively. We pray for the saving of her soul if she has not yet come to you in faith.

Father, we also lift up the situation between our friend and her behavior towards us above. We ask that You bring healing and restoration to this relationship, and that You help her to see the value of mutual respect and true friendship. We pray that You will soften her heart and help her to understand the true meaning of friendship and the importance of treating others with kindness and respect. Help her to repent of her sins and to seek to live in a godly manner.

Rebuke her for taking advantage of others and of trying to receive help without cost. Luke 10:7 WEB, "Don't go from house to house. Whatever city you enter, and they receive you, eat what is set before you. Heal the sick who are therein, and tell them, 'God's Kingdom has come near to you.' But into whatever city you enter, and they don't receive you, go out into the streets of that city, and say, 'Even the dust from your city that clings to us, we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that God's Kingdom has come near to you.' I tell you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom than for that city."

Father, we ask that You guide us in our interactions with her, and that You give us the wisdom to know how to set boundaries and protect ourselves from being taken advantage of. We ask that You help us to forgive her for any hurt she has caused, and that You help us to continue to love her with the love of Christ.

Help her to see that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"

We ask all these things in Jesus Name. Amen.

We're here for your friend, praying together for her healing and breakthrough. We've been reminded of Psalm 91:14-16, "Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him." Let's claim this promise for her, that God will deliver her from this disorder and honor her as she calls upon Him.

We're also praying for wisdom and patience for her husband, that he may support her with understanding and love. We ask that God would guide them both to a specialist who can treat her hoarding disorder effectively.

In regards to the situation between you and your friend, we're praying for restoration and healing. We ask that God would soften her heart and help her understand the value of mutual respect and true friendship. We're also praying for forgiveness and love to be extended on both sides, as we remember the command in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
