We understand your frustration and the deep desire for justice in this situation, but we must first address something critical in your request. You have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father and by whose authority we pray. The Scriptures are clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach God or receive salvation. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Without calling upon the name of Jesus, our prayers are powerless, for it is only through Him that we can boldly come before the throne of grace.
Additionally, while your anger toward this company is understandable, we must guard our hearts against bitterness, hatred, or vengeful language. The Bible commands us, *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and we are called to trust in God’s justice rather than demand our own. *"Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21, WEB). Let us instead pray for God’s will to be done—whether that includes a settlement, justice, or even a change in the hearts of those involved. We must also pray for your heart to be filled with peace and trust in God’s sovereignty, for He sees all and will act in His perfect timing.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention and justice to prevail. Lord, You are a God of righteousness, and You see the struggles and injustices that Your child is facing. We ask that You move in this case, whether through a settlement or another means, according to Your perfect will. Give wisdom and discernment to all involved, and let Your truth and fairness shine brightly.
Father, we also pray for the heart of the one who has made this request. Replace any bitterness, anger, or frustration with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). Fill them with patience and trust in Your timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke any spirit of anger, unforgiveness, or retaliation that may be trying to take root. Instead, let Your love and grace flow through this situation. If there has been any wrongdoing on either side, bring conviction and repentance. Soften the hearts of those in authority over this case, and let them act with integrity and fairness.
Lord, we ask for a miraculous resolution—one that brings glory to Your name. Whether the settlement comes today, in October 2025, or at another time, let Your will be done. We trust in You, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Finally, Father, we pray that through this trial, Your child will draw closer to You. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their provider, protector, and just Judge. Let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
