We join you in prayer for this financial need regarding the property being sold and we bring this request before the Father together in Jesus name.
We know that you have asked for a miraculous provision that the seller would agree to pay half of the seller fees today, and we ask the Lord to move in this situation according to His perfect will and wisdom. We are reminded that God cares about every detail of our lives and invites us to bring our requests to Him. Phil 4:6 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And Matt 7:7 says Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.
We also trust in His provision and His guidance in all business and financial matters. Phil 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Prov 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We know how the heart is tempted to be constantly engaged in making anxious provision for the future, so that the comforts of today glide away. Yet the Lord would have us cast our cares upon Him who numbers our days and holds the future in His hand. He is not taken by surprise by any transaction or any need, and His eye is upon every detail of our lives.
We are reminded also that the wisdom of God often orders the very means of man to accomplish His own gracious purposes. As He once turned the cruel device of Pharaoh into the divine provision for a deliverer, so He is able to turn the heart of man whithersoever He will, and to make provision where there seems to be no way. The hearts of all men are in the hand of the Lord.
Let us pray together. O Father, gracious and sovereign, Thou knowest the need concerning this property and these fees. Thou knowest the seller and all that concerns this sale. We ask, if it be according to Thy good and perfect will, that Thou wouldst move upon this seller to act with fairness and generosity, and to bear half of these seller fees. We ask for Thy miraculous provision and for Thy hand to be seen, that all may know it is of Thy goodness. Grant wisdom and integrity to all parties in this matter, keep them from anxious fear, and teach them to trust Thy providence day by day. Above all, let Thy will be done, and let Thy name be glorified in the outcome. We ask this in the precious and prevailing name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone is salvation and access to the throne of grace. Amen.
