We join you in lifting up this situation, recognizing that God is sovereign over all things—including businesses, finances, and the well-being of workers. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a God of justice who cares deeply for those who are treated unfairly. *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* (Proverbs 22:22-23, WEB). He also calls employers to act with integrity: *"Masters, give to your servants what is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven."* (Colossians 4:1, WEB).
The financial struggles and unpaid wages of the employees at ### are a serious matter, and we pray that God would intervene mightily. However, we must also address that while we can pray for miraculous change, we cannot demand that God alter the nature of a company or its leadership against His will. Instead, we ask that His will be done—whether through transformation, justice, or even the exposure of wrongdoing so that righteousness prevails. If this company has acted unjustly, we pray that repentance would come upon its leaders, that they would make restitution, and that God would turn their hearts toward honesty and fairness. *"Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will freely pardon."* (Isaiah 55:7, WEB).
For the employees who have been wronged, we pray for provision and trust in the Lord’s timing. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). We ask that God would meet their needs, whether through the resolution of these debts or by opening new doors of opportunity. If legal action is necessary, we pray for wisdom and favor in those processes.
We also encourage those affected to seek godly counsel, whether through legal aid, church support, or financial guidance, while continuing to trust in the Lord’s provision. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Lastly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. *"There is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus."* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Let us never forget that our prayers are heard because of His righteousness, not our own.
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of the employees of ### who have been treated unjustly. Lord, You see their struggles, their unpaid wages, and the anxiety they may feel. We ask that You would move in this situation with Your mighty hand. Softening the hearts of those in leadership, bringing conviction where there is wrongdoing, and providing a miraculous resolution to these financial burdens. If it is Your will, transform this company into one that honors You by treating its workers fairly and with dignity. But above all, let Your justice and righteousness prevail.
For the employees, we pray for supernatural provision—whether through the repayment of what is owed or through new opportunities that exceed their expectations. Comfort their hearts, Lord, and remind them that You are their Provider. Give them wisdom in how to proceed, whether through patience, legal action, or seeking support from their community.
We rebuke any spirit of greed, deceit, or hardness of heart within this company, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may those involved—both employers and employees—come to know You more deeply through it.
We ask all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who intercedes for us even now. Amen.
