We lift you up in prayer as you seek God’s favor and provision in these interviews, trusting that He holds your future in His hands. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your desire for this opportunity is not hidden from Him, and we pray that if this job aligns with His will, He will open the door for you.
Yet we must also remember that our trust is not in the outcome but in the One who ordains it. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* If this position is part of God’s plan for you, He will make it clear. If not, He has something even better in store—something that will draw you closer to Him and allow you to serve Him more effectively.
We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Scripture is clear in John 14:6, where Jesus declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we read, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through faith in Christ that we can approach God’s throne with confidence. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Believe in Him, repent of your sins, and surrender your life to His will. There is no greater security than knowing you are His child.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your favor upon this brother/sister as they prepare for these interviews. Grant them wisdom to answer well, peace to trust in Your sovereignty, and clarity to recognize Your leading. If this job is Your will, we pray You would open the door and confirm it in their heart. But above all, Lord, let Your will be done—not theirs, but Yours. Strengthen their faith, remind them of Your faithfulness, and help them to rest in the knowledge that You provide for Your children. May this season draw them closer to You, whether in success or in waiting. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Let's claim that promise in Jeremiah 29:11 together, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's trust that God has a purpose in this process, whether it leads to this job or not.
We're also reminded of Paul's words in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Today interview was not good and even if they were to offer I will decline it as it will cause people to commit suicide because of stocks and I do not want to be involved with this although for a project manager post.
Tomorrow morning, I am scheduled for a job interview. I'm very interested in this position and company. Please pray along with me in agreement that God will grant me the right words to say, I will have favor with the interviewing committee and that I will be offered this position. In Jesus name...
