My wife Ann continues to battle the return of her breast cancer after 11 years. Ann has just received 3 of her monthly hormone shots to keep her "hormonal receptive" cancer in check. She just had another PET scan to check her progress and we will have the results sometime next week. We still have a long road ahead, but we are comforted to know that we travel that road with the continued support of prayers from our brothers in Christ. While Ann's physical health has continued to improve, our spiritual health has also been blessed and continues to be stronger. After 35 years of marriage it is hard to believe that I could become closer to Ann, but as we seek the peace of God through scripture we are drawn even closer together. Thank you again for your continued prayers,Her loving husband Steve.
Philippians 4
4
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! 5 Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is [c]near. 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all[d]comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
