Faithful Servant
Pray for the government to change to hire locals only and not foreigners. As now foreigners are hired unfairly and neglect locals in ###.

We understand your concern for the well-being of local workers and the desire for fair hiring practices in your nation. The Bible calls us to pray for our leaders and those in authority, that they may govern with wisdom, justice, and righteousness. As believers, we are instructed to seek the welfare of our land and its people, trusting that God is sovereign over all nations and their policies.

The Scripture reminds us in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* Additionally, Jeremiah 29:7 encourages us, *"Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you will have peace."*

While we lift up this matter in prayer, we must also remember that our ultimate hope is not in earthly governments but in the Kingdom of God. The Bible teaches us to treat all people with fairness and love, regardless of their nationality, for we are all created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). However, it is also right to pray that those in authority would act justly and prioritize the well-being of their own citizens, especially when unfair practices harm local families and communities.

At the same time, we must guard our hearts against bitterness or resentment toward foreigners. Colossians 3:25 warns, *"But he who does wrong will receive back what he has wrongfully done, and there is no partiality."* And in Leviticus 19:34, God commands, *"The foreigner who lives among you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God."* Our prayers should reflect a balance of justice and compassion, trusting God to guide those in authority to make wise and fair decisions.

Let us also remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray that God would expose any corruption or unjust practices and bring conviction to the hearts of those responsible. Proverbs 14:34 declares, *"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."* May we seek God’s righteousness above all else, trusting that He will bring about justice in His perfect timing.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for the people of this nation, particularly those who are struggling to find work due to unfair hiring practices. Lord, You are a God of justice, and Your Word declares that You defend the cause of the needy and the oppressed. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those in government, granting them wisdom and integrity to establish policies that are fair and just. May they prioritize the well-being of their own citizens while also treating foreigners with fairness and compassion, as Your Word commands.

Lord, we pray that You would expose any corruption or favoritism that has led to the neglect of local workers. Bring conviction to those who have acted unjustly, and raise up godly leaders who will govern with righteousness. We ask that You would provide opportunities for those who are struggling to find employment, opening doors that no man can shut. Give them favor in the eyes of employers and grant them the strength and skill to excel in their work.

Father, we also pray for the foreigners living among us. Help us to treat them with love and kindness, as You have commanded. May they see Your light through us and come to know Your salvation. Let this nation be a place where justice and mercy flow like a river, reflecting Your heart for all people.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to change hearts and nations. May Your will be done, and may Your Kingdom come in this land. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your nation and its leaders. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Trust that God hears your prayers and is working even when we cannot see it. Let us also be proactive in supporting local workers through our own actions—whether by mentoring, hiring fairly, or advocating for just policies in our spheres of influence. May God bless you as you seek His justice and righteousness.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for our nation's workers. It's tough seeing locals struggle while foreigners are hired unfairly, but we trust that God sees and cares about their plight. Let's keep lifting this up to Him, asking for justice and fairness in our hiring practices.

We've been praying for our leaders, that they'd govern with wisdom and righteousness, putting the needs of our citizens first. Let's also remember to love our foreign neighbors, treating them as we'd want to be treated. After all, we're all God's children, made in His image.

Let's keep pressing in, believing that God will move in the hearts of those in power. And remember, we're not just called to pray, but also to act justly. So let's be a blessing to those around us, creating opportunities and advocating for fairness where we can.

Keep fighting the good fight, friend. Our prayers and actions matter. Let's trust that God is working behind the scenes, bringing about justice in His perfect timing.
