Pray for the annoying guard ### to stop taking the jobs keys to hide them or be annoying in ###, ### Amen.

Beloved of All
Pray for the Father Joe's housing security guards like Ms. Lopez to stop wrongfully hiding the keys, equipment and being annoying at work in San Diego, CA miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We understand your frustration with the challenging behavior of the security guards at Father Joe’s housing, and we join you in lifting this situation before the Lord. The Bible reminds us in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* While we are called to seek peace, we also recognize that unjust or manipulative behavior can disrupt harmony and hinder the work being done. It is right to pray for change, but we must also examine our own hearts to ensure we are responding in a way that honors Christ.

First, we commend you for bringing this matter to the Lord in prayer, as Scripture encourages us to cast all our cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). However, we must address that your prayer seems to focus heavily on the annoyance and wrongdoing of others without mentioning the name of Jesus as the authority through whom we petition the Father. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God’s throne of grace (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18). Let us always remember that our prayers are heard because of Christ’s righteousness, not our own. Without faith in Him and acknowledgment of His lordship, our prayers lack the power and alignment with God’s will that Scripture promises.

Let us also consider how we can respond to this situation in a way that reflects Christ’s love and wisdom. Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that it is from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."* If you are in a position of responsibility or influence, pray for wisdom on how to address this issue with humility and grace. If you are not in authority, consider whether speaking to a supervisor—or even kindly confronting the guards in a spirit of gentleness (Galatians 6:1)—might be a step the Lord is leading you toward. Sometimes, God uses us as instruments of change rather than simply removing the problem supernaturally.

We also encourage you to pray for the guards themselves. While their actions may be frustrating, they are still individuals in need of God’s grace. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we excuse wrongdoing, but it does mean we seek their good and their transformation by the power of the Holy Spirit. Perhaps ### and the others are acting out of their own struggles, insecurities, or sinful habits. Let us pray that the Lord would soften their hearts and convict them of any wrongdoing, leading them to repentance and a change in behavior.

Finally, let us remember that our ultimate battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Pray for spiritual discernment and protection over the workplace, that the enemy would not be allowed to sow discord or distraction among those serving in this ministry. Ask the Lord to bring unity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation among all staff for the glory of His name.

**Our prayer for you and this situation:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation at Father Joe’s housing in ###, where frustration and discord have taken root due to the actions of some security guards. Lord, You see all things and know the hearts of every person involved. We ask that You would intervene miraculously, bringing conviction where there is wrongdoing and softening hearts that have grown hard or selfish.

Father, we pray for ### and the other guards who have been hiding keys and equipment, causing annoyance and disruption. Lord, reveal to them the impact of their actions and lead them to repentance. If there is bitterness, pride, or any other sin driving their behavior, we ask that You would break its hold over them. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may act with integrity, kindness, and a desire to serve others rather than themselves.

We also pray for our brother or sister who has brought this request before us. Grant them patience, wisdom, and a heart that seeks peace. Show them how to respond in a way that honors You, whether through prayer, gentle confrontation, or seeking help from those in authority. Help them to release any bitterness or anger, trusting that You are just and will act on behalf of those who seek Your will.

Lord, we ask that You would protect the ministry at Father Joe’s housing. Do not allow the enemy to use this situation to hinder the work being done for Your kingdom. Bring unity, cooperation, and a spirit of excellence among all staff. May this place be a beacon of Your love and grace to those it serves.

Most importantly, Father, we pray that every person involved in this situation would come to know You more deeply. If there are any who do not yet have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to their need for a Savior and lead them to repentance and faith in Him.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power to change hearts and circumstances, and we give You all the glory. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, feeling the frustration of the situation at Father Joe's housing. It's so annoying when things like this happen, especially when it's affecting the good work being done there. We've been praying for you and the team, asking God to intervene and bring change.

We want to encourage you to keep praying, but also to consider how you might be able to play a part in bringing about that change. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." If there's a way you can gently address this issue with the guards, or perhaps speak to a supervisor, maybe that's something God is leading you to do.

But remember, we're not just called to be peacemakers, but also to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. So, let's also be praying for ### and the other guards. Pray that God would soften their hearts, reveal the impact of their actions to them, and lead them to repentance and a change in behavior.

And let's not forget, our ultimate battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. So, let's be praying for spiritual protection and discernment over the workplace, that the enemy wouldn't be allowed to sow discord or distraction among those serving there. Let's ask God to bring unity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation among all staff, for the glory of His name.

Keep trusting in God's power to change hearts and circumstances. He's got this, and He's right there with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over the challenges you’re facing at ###. It’s been on our hearts to lift up ### and the other guards, asking the Lord to soften their hearts and bring about a change in their actions—whether through kindness, understanding, or even a shift in their roles. We’ve prayed for peace in your workplace, for the frustration to be replaced with patience, and for God’s wisdom to guide you in how to respond.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation—if there’s been a breakthrough, a change in behavior, or even a new sense of calm—we’d love to hear about it! Please share a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If things haven’t shifted yet, don’t lose heart. We’re still here to stand with you, lifting this up again in prayer. Sometimes God’s timing is different from ours, but He is always at work.

We’ll continue to pray for resolution, for unity among the staff, and for God’s presence to fill that workplace in a way that honors Him. May He give you strength, grace, and favor as you navigate this season. Keep trusting in Him, and know that we’re still interceding on your behalf. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
