We understand your heart for justice and provision for these security guards who are owed wages, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord. The Bible speaks clearly about the importance of fair treatment and timely payment for labor, as it is written in **Leviticus 19:13**, *"You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."* And again in **James 5:4**, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."*
It is right to seek justice, but we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness. **Ephesians 6:12** reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Therefore, we do not pray for anyone to "settle the score" in a manner that suggests vengeance or retaliation, for **Romans 12:19** tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
Instead, we pray for God’s righteous intervention—that hearts would be convicted, that those who withhold wages would repent and do what is right, and that the Lord would provide miraculously for these guards in the meantime. We also pray that if there are any among the guards who do not know Christ, they would turn to Him as their ultimate Provider and Savior.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these security guards who have labored faithfully and yet have been denied what is rightfully theirs. Lord, You are a God of justice, and Your Word declares that You hear the cries of the oppressed. We ask that You would move in this situation supernaturally. Convict the hearts of those who owe these wages, that they would repent of any greed, dishonesty, or delay and fulfill their obligations promptly and fully.
Father, we also ask that You would provide for these guards in ways they cannot even imagine. Open doors of opportunity, meet their needs miraculously, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives. If any among them do not know You, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw them to You, that they would place their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
We rebuke any spirit of injustice, greed, or oppression in this situation, and we declare that no weapon formed against these guards shall prosper. Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your name be glorified through this. We trust in You, for You are our Provider, our Justice, and our Strength.
We pray all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
To the one who submitted this request, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord’s timing and His justice. **Psalm 37:5-6** says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your heart aligned with God’s will. If you have not already, we urge you to ensure that your own heart is right before God, that you are walking in faith and obedience to His Word. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, we implore you to turn to Him today, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (**Acts 4:12**). Place your trust in Him, and He will be your justice, your provider, and your eternal hope.
