Beloved of All
Pray for security companies to start hiring good Christian men and women who are applying for their job positions in ### in January ### miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We hear your deep concern about the challenges Christian men and women face when seeking employment in the security industry. It is disheartening to see believers who desire to work with integrity and honor God in their professions being overlooked or even shunned. We stand with you in lifting this matter before the Lord, trusting that He is the one who opens doors no man can shut and provides opportunities according to His will.

The Word of God reminds us in Proverbs 22:29, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." This verse assures us that those who are diligent, faithful, and committed to excellence in their craft will be recognized and given opportunities to serve in meaningful ways. We also recall Colossians 3:23-24, which says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." This truth should guide every believer in their work—whether in security, business, or any other field—knowing that their ultimate service is to the Lord.

However, we must also address the manner in which this request was framed. The use of repetitive symbols or numbers in place of words can sometimes resemble incantations or superstitious practices, which are not aligned with biblical prayer. Prayer is not about manipulating God or forcing His hand through specific formulas or phrases. Instead, it is about humbly coming before Him in faith, seeking His will, and trusting in His perfect timing and wisdom. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:7-8, "In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him." Let us always approach God with reverence, sincerity, and trust in His sovereignty.

We also want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is through Him that we find true security, purpose, and eternal life.

Now, let us come together in prayer for this matter:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your perfect plan. We lift up the security industry to You, asking that You would open doors of opportunity for Your faithful servants who seek to work in this field. Lord, we pray that those who are applying for positions would be seen not only for their skills and qualifications but also for their character, integrity, and commitment to honoring You in all they do. We ask that You would remove any barriers or biases that may be preventing Christian men and women from being hired. Let Your will be done in their lives, and may they find favor in the eyes of those who make hiring decisions.

Father, we also pray for the leaders and decision-makers in these companies. Soften their hearts to recognize the value of employees who walk in Your ways. May they see the blessing that comes from having workers who operate with honesty, diligence, and a desire to serve others as unto You. We ask that You would raise up godly men and women within these organizations who can influence their workplaces for Your glory.

Lord, we trust in Your provision and timing. We know that You are aware of every need and that You care deeply for Your children. Help those who are seeking employment to wait patiently on You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. Strengthen their faith and remind them that their worth is not defined by their employment status but by their identity in Christ.

We also pray for those who may be facing discouragement or frustration in this process. Fill them with Your peace and hope, reminding them that You are their ultimate Provider. May they find encouragement in Your promises and rest in the knowledge that You are in control.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Whether through employment opportunities or other avenues, may Your name be exalted, and may Your people be a light in their workplaces, pointing others to You. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

To those reading this, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all areas of your life, including your career. Trust in His timing and remain faithful to His calling. If you are currently seeking employment, remember that God has a plan for you, and He will provide in ways you may not yet see. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Let your life be a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and may He use you to impact your workplace for His kingdom.
