I feel like I need a miracle. My ex and I own property that has been on the market since March 2007. We've dropped the price by $60,000; changed agents; applied for variences on the land to make it more attractive to buyers, etc. My ex and I are not on speaking terms and have had to communicate through a lawyer. It's gotten terrible. I was unable to make the payments so he agreed to make them. Now I've gotten 2 calls from the bank b/c he's late with the payments. I need a miracle. I fear that the property will foreclose and that my credit, which I worked so hard to maintain, will be in the garbage. PLEASE pray that a buyer comes soon and that this nightmare ends. I need peace after this three year nightmare. Thank you so much...
