We are truly saddened to hear about the situation you and your family are facing, but we are here to pray and provide counsel based on the Word of God. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth changes, and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas Psalm 46:1-2 WEB.
We stand against any spirit of hatred, violence, and greed that is driving your brother's actions. As it is written, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We pray that God will soften his heart and bring him to repentance, for the Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9 WEB.
We also pray for God's divine protection over you, your mother, and your sisters. As it is written in Psalm 91, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2 WEB. We ask that God will hide you under the shadow of His wings and that His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart Psalm 91:4 WEB.
Regarding the property issues, we pray that God will vindicate you and bring justice to this situation. We ask that He will thwart any plans of evil and bring to light the deceitful schemes Proverbs 21:3 WEB. Remember that the Earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein Psalm 24:1 WEB.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. And also, be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings 1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB.
We notice that you have not mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your prayer request. You should know that our help comes from the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth Psalm 124:8 WEB. Jesus is the only way to God, and it is in His name we pray. As it is written, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6 WEB. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. Therefore, let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need Hebrews 4:16 WEB.
