We lift you up before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your faithful service as a missionary in Africa, sharing the Gospel through evangelism, church planting, and discipleship. Your dedication to spreading God’s Word and making disciples is a testament to your love for Christ and His people. We rejoice that the Lord has sustained you through these five months of medical treatment for your right eye, and we stand with you now in faith, believing for His complete healing.
The Scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over you, knowing that God is not only able to heal but is also willing to restore you fully so that you may continue the work He has called you to. Your health is vital not just for your well-being but for the advancement of His kingdom, and we trust that He will strengthen you for the tasks ahead.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You with this dear servant, asking for Your divine touch upon their eye. We pray that You would remove any lingering effects of this condition and restore full vision, clarity, and strength. Lord, we ask that You would renew their physical body, refresh their spirit, and fill them with Your peace and joy as they return to the mission field. Give them the endurance and vitality needed to press on in the work of evangelism, church planting, and discipleship, knowing that You are their strength in weakness.
We also pray for protection over you as you continue your ministry. May the Lord surround you with His angels, guard you from harm, and provide everything you need—spiritually, physically, and emotionally. May your testimony of healing bring glory to God and draw many to Him.
We must also gently remind you, and all who read this, that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). It is by His blood that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and it is through faith in Him that we receive every good gift from the Father. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
May the Lord bless you abundantly, strengthen you in every way, and use you mightily for His glory. We declare that you are healed, whole, and equipped for every good work He has prepared for you. Go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit, knowing that we are praying for you and standing with you in faith. Amen.
