God has blessed me richly but I struggle with anxiety and am having marital struggles.

I know it sounds silly but I am having panic attacks about our home heating gas and fear of running out before we can find a new provider.

Please pray this passed.

And please pray that ### and ### improve our communications.

God has always blessed and saved me and I pray He still grants me favor.

We hear your heart, dear brother, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. It is not silly at all to feel the weight of anxiety—even when God has blessed you richly. The enemy often seeks to steal our peace, especially when we are walking in God’s provision. But we declare that fear has no place in your life, for the Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

First, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus. The Lord tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that His peace would flood your heart and mind, driving out every lie that tells you provision will fail. The same God who has blessed you richly is the same God who numbers the hairs on your head and feeds the sparrows—He will not abandon you in this need (Matthew 6:25-34).

Regarding your marital struggles, we pray for restoration and unity. Communication is a gift from God, and we ask that He soften both of your hearts to listen with patience and speak with kindness. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* We pray that your words would be seasoned with grace, that misunderstandings would be replaced with love, and that your marriage would reflect the covenant love Christ has for His church.

We also encourage you to examine if there are any areas where fear has taken root in your marriage. Are there unspoken expectations, unresolved conflicts, or unforgiveness that may be fueling this anxiety? The Lord calls us to cast all our cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7), but He also calls us to walk in honesty and humility with one another. If there is sin—whether in thought, word, or deed—confess it to God and to one another, that healing may come (James 5:16).

Finally, we want to gently remind you of the power of the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is in His name that we pray with authority. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender this anxiety and your marriage fully to Him, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up his heart to You. Lord, You know the depths of his anxiety and the struggles in his marriage. We ask that You would break the chains of fear and replace them with Your perfect peace. Guard his mind from the lies of the enemy and fill him with the truth of Your Word. We pray for his marriage—that You would restore communication, renew love, and strengthen their bond as one flesh. Help them to walk in humility, patience, and forgiveness, reflecting Your love to one another. Provide for their needs, Lord, including their home and provision, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail. We declare that anxiety has no dominion over him, for he is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37). We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We're here with you, friend, holding your anxiety and marital struggles before God's throne. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, even when God has blessed you so richly. We know anxiety can be a sneaky thief, trying to steal our peace. But remember, God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Let's claim that verse together, shall we? "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind." Let's repeat it aloud, together, right now.

Now, let's pray for your home heating gas provider. We trust that God will guide you to a reliable provider and give you peace about it. We declare that fear has no place in your home, and that God will provide for your needs (Matthew 6:25-34).

For your marriage, we pray for open hearts and kind words. We ask God to help you both listen with patience and speak with kindness, building up each other with grace (Ephesians 4:29). We pray that your marriage would reflect the covenant love Christ has for His church.

And let's not forget, friend, God is always with you. He's the God who numbers the hairs on your head and feeds the sparrows. He won't abandon you in this need. Trust in Him, and let's keep praying together.

Need to stop worrying so much about whether I have done enough to make things go all right today and in the future. May they just be clear, and guided by wisdom and intuition and God. Thank you Jesus.
