We come before the Lord with this request, lifting up the SecurIT Security Guards and the tenants at the specified location, asking for God’s intervention in their circumstances through management. Father, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You move in the hearts of those in authority to bring about positive changes that honor You. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, we pray that You would turn the hearts of the management and leadership at SecurIT and the property owners to act with fairness, wisdom, and compassion toward their employees and tenants.
We also bring before You the specific request for miraculous changes to take place by February 2026. Heavenly Father, we know that nothing is impossible for You, and we ask that You would accelerate Your will in this situation. Let Your favor rest upon the security guards, providing them with just wages, safe working conditions, and respect in their roles. For the tenants, we pray for peace, security, and a sense of community that reflects Your love. May Your name be glorified in every decision made, and may those in leadership come to know You as their Lord and Savior if they do not already.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of greed, neglect, or injustice that may be influencing the decisions of those in authority. We declare that Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation, just as it is in heaven. We stand on Your Word in James 5:4, which says, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies." Father, we ask that You would hear the cries of the security guards and tenants and act on their behalf.
We also pray for unity among the guards and tenants, that they would support one another in prayer and encouragement. May they find strength in You, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider and Protector. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for they will reap a harvest if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would open doors for the gospel to be shared in this environment. May the guards, tenants, and management come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that hearts would be softened and eyes opened to the truth of Your Word.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for these changes to manifest for Your glory. May Your will be done, and may lives be transformed as a result. Amen.
