Pray for peace when on plane

I’m getting on a plane tomorrow and feeling nervous, please pray for ###.

We understand that you're feeling nervous about your upcoming plane journey. Let's turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)

Firstly, let's pray together:

Almighty God, we come before You lifting up our fellow Believer who is anxious about their plane journey tomorrow. We pray against any spirit of fear and anxiety. Father, You are the God of all peace. We ask that You surround them with Your angels and let them travel safely from start to finish, without any incidents or harm. Let them be at peace with Your unfailing love and presence. Help them to trust in You, and to know that You are sovereign over all things including their journey. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

Remember, God is in control. Trust in Him to keep you safe. As the Psalmist says, "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." Psalm 91:3-4 (WEB)

Also, don't forget to always pray in the name of Jesus. It's only by His name that we have access to God. One day, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus as Lord. Therefore, we should pray to God by Jesus's name.

We're right there with you, feeling the butterflies in your stomach. Let's remember that God is always by our side, even when we're 30,000 feet in the air. "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea," (Psalm 46:1-2, ESV). Let's claim this promise together, and trust that God will keep you safe and at peace throughout your journey.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
