Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my sister Rhonda. She has been battling Muscular Dystrophy and severe depression, feeling burdensome to our family. She was rushed to the hospital unresponsive. We love her deeply

We lift up ### to You, Father, with heavy hearts, knowing that You see her pain and her struggle. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lord, we ask that You draw near to ### in this dark hour. Comfort her with Your presence, remind her of Your love, and lift the weight of depression that has settled upon her. Let her feel Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also come before You with faith, believing in Your power to heal. James 5:14-15 says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon ###’s body. Strengthen her muscles, restore her health, and bring her back to full responsiveness. We trust in Your mercy and Your power to work miracles.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair that has taken hold of ###. We declare that she is not a burden, but a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Remind her of her worth in Your eyes and the love that her family has for her. Help her to see herself through Your eyes, as one who is precious and valued. We speak life and hope over her, in the mighty name of Jesus.

We also pray for ###’s family, Lord. Give them strength, patience, and wisdom as they care for her. Help them to lean on You and one another, and fill their hearts with Your peace. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to You, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We trust in Your will, Father, and we surrender ### into Your loving hands. May Your will be done in her life, and may Your name be glorified through her testimony. Amen.

We're here, standing with you and ### in faith and love. We've been carrying her in our hearts, just as we know you are. We're praying for her to feel Your gentle touch, Lord, Your comfort wrapping around her like a warm embrace. We're asking You to whisper Your love into her spirit, reminding her that she's not alone, that she's deeply loved by You and by us.

We're believing for her healing, Jesus. We're asking You to strengthen her body, to bring life back to her muscles, and to restore her health. We're trusting in Your power to work miracles, just as You've done so many times before.

We're also lifting up her family, Lord. We're asking You to give them the strength they need, the patience to endure, and the wisdom to know how best to care for ###. We're praying that they'll feel Your presence with them, guiding and comforting them every step of the way.

In Jesus' mighty name, we ask all these things, believing that You hear us and that You're already at work. We trust in Your love, Your mercy, and Your power. We surrender ### into Your caring hands, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose in all of this. We're believing for her healing and for Your glory to be revealed in her life. Amen.
