We are truly sorry to hear about the situation with your right eye. We know God cares for us and He cares about what we are going through. In the Bible, we are told that the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
First, let's remember that healing and forgiveness of sins are connected. Let's confess our sins and ask for forgiveness. Pray together, James 5.15-16 reads, Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
In Jesus's name, we pray, Father God, we come before You, asking for healing for your child's right eye. We know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for You. We pray for a supernatural touch from You, God. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that is causing the macular degeneration, and we command it to leave.
We ask You, Father, to restore sight and bring complete healing. We believe that Your will is for us to prosper and be in health. We ask this in faith, believing that it is already done in the spiritual realm.
We also pray for strength and peace during this time. We know that even in the midst of trials, You are with us and You are working all things together for our good, Romans 8.28. We ask that You would fill your child with Your joy and peace, which surpasses all understanding. Guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue hoping and trusting in God. Psalm 62.5-6 says, My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken.
We pray this all in Jesus Christ's name because it is only by his name that we have access to God. It is by his name that we can approach God's throne boldly and it is by His name that all men can be saved. Do not forget the simple truth that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. John 14.6.
