We understand your concern for your son's job situation, and we're here to pray and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then make sure to discuss this issue. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let's remember the promises of God to ask in Jesus Christ's name. Romans 10:13: "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our dear brother who is facing a challenging situation at his workplace. We know that You are the all-knowing God, being in control of everything, including our brother's job situation. We pray that You would be with him during this meeting.
We pray for the hearts of the decision-makers, that they would be open to giving him another chance for continued employment. 1 Corinthians 2:16: "For, 'who has known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct him?' But we have Christ’s mind."
We also pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that our brother would trust in You, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for his life. We pray for his peace and strength during this time. Isaiah 41:10: "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage your son to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and will provide for all our needs. We also encourage your son to look to God, knowing that he has the opportunity to be the light of Christ in his workplace, regardless of the outcome. 1 Corinthians 10:31: "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
