My relationship with my brother has soured recently due to difference in opinion over a property we joinly own as tenants-in-common. Simply put, I want to sell it because I needed the money, but he doesn't. I don't know how this can end amicably because the last resort will be the lawyers. I want to avoid confrontation, but what can I do? Please pray that God will give us the wisdom to resolve this without hurting our relationship. I know the Lord is capable of things beyond our imagination. Thanks.
