Pray for my petitions

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your petitions and intentions with hearts full of faith and hope. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of all our prayers—our relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, for Scripture tells us, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, unless you turn, and become as little children, you will in no way enter into the Kingdom of Heaven"* (Matthew 18:3). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Now, we lift up your petitions for salvation and reunion, trusting that God hears the cries of His children. We pray that the Lord would move mightily in the lives of those you are interceding for, drawing them to Himself with cords of love. May their hearts be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel, and may they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The Bible assures us, *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9). We stand on this promise, believing that God desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
For the reunion you seek, we pray that the Lord would mend broken relationships and restore what has been lost. Scripture tells us, *"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do"* (Colossians 3:13). May forgiveness flow freely, and may the love of Christ bind hearts together in unity. We also pray that any obstacles standing in the way of this reunion would be removed, for *"with God all things are possible"* (Matthew 19:26).
However, we must also rebuke any spirit of manipulation or self-will in these petitions. While it is good to desire the salvation of others and the restoration of relationships, we must surrender our desires to God’s perfect will. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven"* (Matthew 6:10). We must trust that God’s plans are higher than our own, and His timing is perfect. If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in your own heart, we encourage you to repent and seek the Lord’s cleansing, for *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up these petitions for salvation and reunion. Lord, we ask that You would draw hearts to Yourself, breaking every chain of sin and unbelief. Soften the hearts of those who do not yet know You, and let them experience the transforming power of Your love. Father, we also pray for the reunion of relationships, asking that You would heal wounds, restore trust, and bring unity according to Your will. Lord, we surrender these desires to You, trusting that Your plans are perfect and Your timing is best. If there is any sin in our hearts, reveal it to us, and cleanse us by the blood of Jesus. May Your will be done in all things, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We've been praying for salvation and reunion, trusting that God hears our cries and is at work in the lives of those you're interceding for.
