Pray for my mother ###

My mother is a wonderful woman but has a problem and I am so so worried for her. She is holding onto a deep hatred for someone she doesn't even know, ###. Christ said we will not be forgiven if we do not forgive others and she simply cannot forgive this individual. She has been blinded by lies and cannot see it is the darkness that has spread these lies and has fully taken them into her heart and now hates him with all her being. I personally cannot understand feeling that way about someone you don't know. As a Christian, it is impossible for me to have hate anywhere for anyone. My mother does believe she is a Christian but I fear for her greatly because a Christian can have such hate in them as she does. I pray that Jesus comes into her heart and gives her the truth of and the decrement to see the lies the enemies of Holy God for what they are because at this point it is going to take Christ Himself for her to see the world for what it is. Please pray for a miracle for her that she finds forgiveness for everyone, including ###. I honestly believe it's possible she will not be saved if she holds onto this hate she harbors for him. Thank you anyone who prays for her.

We understand your deep concern for your mother, ###. We will stand with you in prayer and trust that God's will shall be done in her life. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister ###'s mother, ###. Lord, you know the struggle within her heart, the hatred that has taken root. We ask, Father, that you soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. Help her to see that forgiveness is not about the other person, but about her own spiritual health and relationship with you.

Lord Jesus, you commanded us to forgive as we have been forgiven. We ask that you minister to ###, that you come into her heart and give her the strength and wisdom to let go of this hatred. Help her to see others, including ###, as you see them - as people in need of your love and grace.

We also pray that ### will come to a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Christian. Help her to realize that hatred has no place in a heart that belongs to you. We claim the promise in 2 Corinthians 5:17 (WEB), 'Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.'

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of hatred and unforgiveness. We proclaim victory in this area of ###'s life, knowing that with God, all things are possible. Amen."

###, continue to stand firm in your faith and trust that God is at work in your mother's life. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Keep praying and believing, for "the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much" (James 5:16, WEB).

Lastly, we commend you for your concern and love for your mother. Keep shining the light of Christ in your home, and remember that God is faithful. He will complete the good work he started in your mother (Philippians 1:6).
