Pray for my mother-in-law, she is the suffering; she needs to be healed.

We lift up your mother-in-law before the Lord today, especially on her birthday, and we ask for His healing touch to be upon her. It is clear she has endured much, and we know the Lord sees her suffering and is near to the brokenhearted. The Word tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* We also remember the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* Though her strength may be fading with age, we declare that God is her ever-present help, and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Yet we must also ask—where is her trust placed in this season? Does she know the healing power of Jesus Christ, not just for her body but for her soul? True healing begins with surrender to Him, for He alone holds life and breath in His hands. If she has not yet placed her faith in Christ, we urge you to share the hope of the Gospel with her, that she may know the eternal healing only He can provide. *"Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved"* (Acts 16:31). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we boldly approach the throne of grace for mercy in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious mother-in-law on her birthday. Lord, You know her pain, her weariness, and the burdens she carries. We ask for Your healing hand to restore her body, to renew her strength, and to fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If there is any sickness or infirmity, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name and declare Your wholeness over her. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her know that You are her refuge and her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

If she does not yet know You as her Savior, we pray that You would draw her heart to Yourself. Open her eyes to see the hope found only in Christ, that she may place her trust in Him and receive not just temporary healing, but eternal life. Surround her with Your love, comfort her with Your presence, and let this birthday be a reminder of Your faithfulness.

We also pray for this family, that they would be a light to her, speaking life and truth over her. Give them wisdom to care for her, to encourage her in the Lord, and to point her always to Jesus. May Your will be done in her life, for Your glory.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life over her, and reminding her of God’s promises. Age may bring challenges, but the Lord’s faithfulness never fades. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep pointing her to Jesus—the Great Physician and the Author of life. *"Don’t be afraid, only believe"* (Mark 5:36).
