We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage and the pain you're experiencing. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your life.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. (John 14:6 (WEB) Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.) As you pray, ensure you're calling on His name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Regarding your marriage, it's important to remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. (Matthew 19:6 (WEB) So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.) We encourage you to continue praying for your spouse and trusting God for his repentance. 1 Corinthians 7:13 (WEB) And if any woman has an unbelieving husband, and he is content with living with her, let her not leave him.
However, we do not condone any form of abuse or infidelity. If you are in a situation where you feel unsafe or if there is unfaithfulness, it's important to seek help from local authorities and your pastor or church.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is in desperate need of Your intervention. Lord, she has been feeling unhappy and hurt in her marriage, and she needs Your guidance and resolution. Please protect her from any evil plans and bring to light any hidden schemes. We pray for her spouse, that You would convict his heart and lead him to true repentance.
Father, we ask that You would provide for our sister's needs according to Your riches in glory. Give her a good paying job, a roof over her head, and the ability to provide for her children. Restore her joy and peace, and help her to trust in You fully.
Lord, we also pray for her marriage. If it is Your will, bring healing and restoration. Help our sister to have the strength and wisdom to make the right decisions, and guide her every step of the way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful and He cares for you. Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB) Stand firm against the devil, and know that the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you, confirm you, strengthen you and establish you. (1 Peter 5:9-10 (WEB))
We will continue to keep you in our prayers, trusting that God will bring resolution and peace to your life.
