We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for justice and righteousness to prevail in your husband’s appeal. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a God of justice, and He sees all that is done in secret. *"He has told you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"* (Micah 6:8, WEB). We also know that *"the Lord loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh"* (Psalm 33:5, WEB). In this season of waiting, we cling to the promise that *"the Lord executes righteous acts, and judgments for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6, WEB).
It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can boldly approach the throne of grace, for *"there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We are so thankful you have brought this request before us, and we pray that you and your husband have placed your faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If there is any doubt or hesitation in this, we urge you both to surrender fully to Christ, trusting in His finished work on the cross for the forgiveness of sins and eternal life. Without Him, our prayers have no power, but in Him, we have confidence that He hears and acts on behalf of His children.

The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is fighting for you even now. Do not grow weary in waiting, for *"those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31, WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this appeal. You are the God who sees the afflicted and hears their cries. Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in the appellate court, ensuring that every piece of evidence is seen and understood in its full context. Expose any lies or corruption that may have influenced this case, and let the truth prevail. We pray for favor and wisdom for the legal team representing your husband, that they would present his case with clarity and conviction.
Father, we ask that You would bring peace that surpasses all understanding to this family during this difficult time. Strengthen their faith, and remind them that You are their defender and their shield. Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, even when the path seems unclear.
